💻 Software Licenses

Non-Returnable Policy

All software licenses and cloud-based POS solutions are issued for a fixed term of one (1) year. Once a license has been activated and issued to your business, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.

We provide comprehensive demos and consultations prior to purchase to ensure the software meets your business requirements. We encourage all clients to verify feature compatibility before finalizing the license order.

🔌 POS Hardware & Equipment

🛡️ 1-Year Technical Warranty Included

All hardware equipment supplied by POSOne Systems (including POS terminals, barcode scanners, receipt printers, and cash drawers) comes with a standard one-year warranty against manufacturing defects and technical issues.

Exchange Policy for Technical Issues

If you experience any technical problems with your hardware within the warranty period, we provide the following support:

  • Technical Evaluation: Our local Dubai support team will first attempt to resolve the issue via remote or on-site technical support.
  • Exchange: If the hardware is found to have a technical defect that cannot be repaired, we will exchange the unit for a new or functioning equivalent under the terms of the 1-year warranty.
  • Exclusions: Please note that the warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid spills, or issues caused by unauthorized tampering or electrical surges.
